Processing time
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. This means your order is confirmed, prepared, and handed off to our fulfillment partners as quickly as possible.
Some items, including personalized, engraved, or custom-made products, may require additional handling time. These items may ship separately and can take between 2 and 5 business days to dispatch. This additional time is necessary to ensure accuracy and quality.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times once an order has been dispatched are as follows:

These delivery times are estimates only. They are not guarantees and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Shipping fees
We offer free standard shipping on many items. When shipping fees apply, they are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We do not add hidden shipping charges after purchase.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note that tracking links may take 2 to 5 business days to become active, depending on the carrier. During this period, the tracking status may show as unavailable or pending. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.
Customs and international orders
International shipping services vary by country. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout after you enter your full shipping address.
Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not controlled or collected by TokiPaw. The customer is fully responsible for paying any such charges.
We do not issue refunds for orders delayed or held by customs, or for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
